Initial Consultation: A complimentary meeting to discuss your reproductive goals, address any concerns, and your birth aspirations.
Three Prenatal Visits: In-person and telephonic or virtual sessions starting around 20 weeks gestation to prepare for labor, discuss comfort measures, and create a personalized birth plan.
24/7 On-Call Support: Available from 36 weeks gestation until the birth of your baby, providing continuous communication and guidance.
Labor and Birth Support
Continuous Labor Support: In-person assistance during active labor, offering physical, emotional, and informational support.
Advocacy: Ensuring your birth preferences are respected and facilitating communication with your healthcare team.
Immediate Postpartum Care: Support during the golden hour plus one additional hour (if needed or wanted) after birth, assisting with initial bonding and infant feeding initiation.
Postpartum Support
Three Postpartum Visits:
Around 1st week postpartum: In-home visit to provide newborn care guidance, assist with infant feeding, and address any immediate concerns.
Around 1st month postpartum: In-home, telephonic, or virtual visit to provide assistance with transition back home plus address any immediate concerns. Discuss your recovery and any emotional or physical challenges.
Around 2nd month postpartum: Comprehensive visit to assess your overall well-being, discuss birth experience, and provide ongoing support.
Community Resource Integration: Assistance in connecting with local resources, including mental health support, lactation consultants, and parenting groups, to ensure a holistic support system.
Ongoing Support: Availability for questions and concerns during the early postpartum period, ensuring a smooth transition into parenthood.
