Why I planted this garden:‍ ‍

Arizona’s Black Babies die at 3× the rate of white babies; Brown and Indigenous Infants follow close behind. This training bloomed from that soil—an unapologetic rosebush grown, pruned, and taught by a Black Women who refuses to watch our families wither and die (off).

What makes the rose unrivaled‍ ‍

- Black-founded, Black-led – every petal watered by my hands

- 65-hour curriculum mapped to AHCCCS draft standards (so you’re ready for certifications)

- Full-spectrum practice: infertility, abortion, stillbirth, NICU, adoption, surrogacy, transition

- Ancestral skills lab: comfort measures, essential oils, Mexican rebozo, Indigenous medicines

- Repro-justice practicum: body autonomy, client and doula advocacy, op-ed workshop

- Business bloom: sliding-scale design, community outreach, business presence

- Cultural-safety protocols: addressing medical racism without code-switching, documenting to protect not police, holding traditions not standards

Hour-by-hour rose map (65 hrs)‍ ‍

- Virtual Weekends (40 hrs) – 5 Saturdays, 9-5 AZ MST

Roots, Stem, Petal, Thorn, Bloom modules (fertility through postpartum)

- In-Person Immersion (25 hrs) – Phoenix,AZ 3 days

Hands-on comfort, rebozo, policy boot-camp, completion ceremony

Graduates receive‍ ‍

- Certificate of completion (meets current Arizona training-hour requirement)

- Resource list: BIPOC midwives, lactation consultants, abortion funds, mental-health providers

- Lifetime Rose Garden referral network
