Prenatal Support

• Initial Consultation: A complimentary meeting to discuss your reproductive goals, address any concerns, and your birth aspirations.

• One Prenatal Visit: In-person or virtual session starting around 20 weeks gestation to prepare for labor, discuss comfort measures, and create a personalized birth plan.

• 24/7 On-Call Support: Available from 36 weeks gestation until the birth of your baby, providing continuous communication and guidance.

Labor and Birth Support

• Continuous Labor Support: In-person assistance during active labor, offering physical, emotional, and informational support.

• Advocacy: Ensuring your birth preferences are respected and facilitating communication with your healthcare team.

• Immediate Postpartum Care: Support during the golden hour plus one additional hour (if needed or wanted) after birth, assisting with initial bonding and infant feeding initiation.

Postpartum Support

One Postpartum Visit:

• Around 1st month postpartum: In-home, telephonic, or virtual visit to provide assistance with transition and adjustment back home.
